These Terms and Conditions (‘’Terms’’) outline the policies and procedures of Livewell Medical Aesthetics Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) regarding all aesthetic treatments, consultations, and membership services provided at our clinics in Covent Garden and King’s Cross, London. By booking or receiving treatment at Livewell Medical Aesthetics, you agree to these Terms. 1. Consultation & Medical Assessment All new clients must complete a medical consultation and consent form before any treatment. Treatments are carried out only after the practitioner determines that you are medically suitable. We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable. Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. 2. Bookings & Deposits A £50 booking deposit is required for all injectable or skin treatments. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment. You may reschedule your appointment with more than 48 hours’ notice without losing your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a new appointment date within 4 weeks with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment or no-shows will result in loss of deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled, and the deposit forfeited. If you attend a consultation and decide to proceed with treatment at a later date (within our booking timeframe), your £50 deposit can be transerred to that treatment. 3. Refunds and Returns Due to the medical nature of our treatments, no refunds are given once a treatment or cource has commenced. Refunds will only be issued if treatment is cancelled by the clinic for medical or regulatory reasons. Skincare product returns are accepted only if unopened and returned within 14 days of purchase.
