After receiving Botox, you can carry on with your day as usual but following aftercare instructions can ensure optimal results and minimize complications:

No makeup on the day after treatment.
Avoid Rubbing or Massaging: Do not rub or massage the treated area for at least 24 hours, as this can cause the toxin to spread to unintended areas.
Stay Upright: Avoid lying down or bending over for about 4 hours after the treatment to prevent the Botox from migrating.
Avoid Strenuous Exercise: Avoid intense physical activity for 24-48 hours after treatment.
No Heat Exposure: Stay away from saunas, hot tubs, or intense heat for at least 24 hours.
Avoid Alcohol Or Anti-inflammatory Pain Medication (NSAIDS or aspirin): Refrain from consuming alcohol or taking NSAIDS or aspirin for 24 hours before and after the procedure, as it can increase the risk of bruising.
Avoid Skincare Procedures: Avoid facials, chemical peels, or other skin treatments on same areas for 1-2 weeks. (*It is fine with Dermal Fillers on same day)

If you are prone to bruising, you may take arnica tablets 5 per day for 3 days before your treatment.
